My friends on the message board I frequent, my Mom, my friends in blogland, my relatives who all pitched in to find votes for me were so awesome! I feel very blessed. I am very blessed! :-) And that is the best feeling in all the world! Thank you all from the very bottom of my heart!! I'll get a GO someday and when I do, it will remind me of my many friends. And that's what this is all supposed to be about, isn't it? :-))
I also want to thank Mandy~ a new blog reader to me who gave me the best idea for my Odyssea jelly roll! Thank you Mandy! I went and dug around in my stash and came up with this light gray~ you are so right! It will work wonderfully with Odyssea. :-) Hopefully next week I can get down to some serious sewing! :-))I hope y'all are having a great weekend!
Until next time,
Happy Stitchin'! ;-)

Hey Crazy ~~ at least you played fair ... and if the cheaters think we don't know ... then they are sadly mistaken. At least you had the decency to have some morals and good judgment in the playing of it... and you can look at yourself in the mirror each morning with a big ole smile on your face!
I'd hate to win by cheating ... and I'd be VERY careful using that machine... fingers DO cut so easily ...
Lookin forward to more of your AWESOME projects ! {{HUGS}}
Sooooo...what you're saying is you didn't win? Dang it! I was planning to send you a bunch of stuff to cut for me as a thank you for voting for you...lol.
At least you tried. Better luck next time!
I wrote a post but rewrote it....I just don't know what to say.....but thanks for being such a good sport.
It was a stressful week. It was neat to see how much support you and sewmeow got! I know your mom loves you very much you are one lucky girl.
Oh man, the Odyssea jelly roll is going to be so much fun. I can't wait to see... Mmmmm. Love that fun fabric.
You did great in the votes, so close.. I was pulling for you! Can't wait to see what the Odyssea jelly roll becomes!
Moving on now.....the fabrics look great together and I can't wait to see what it looks like when you are finished.
You're very welcome! I hope you make another beautiful quilt!!!
And, about the Go, It's sad that you didn't win it but I believe that you will get one some day. My grandmother tells me her's is willed to me... I hope I don't see mine at my house for 25-30 years at least ;)
But you know, there are ways to get one... maybe you can talk your lqs into getting a studio that they'll rent out?!
It is a real bummer it turned out to be more of a popularity contest than I think what it was originally intended. So many have received these FREE that is is hurtful to have been this close to yours.
I agree that light gray and Odyssea are devine together. Wishing you a delightful and stress free week!!
You might not have won the GO, but you kept your honor and respect. And maybe your luck is changing, I just saw on Jane's Fabrics and Quilts that you were the Day 2 winner. Way to go.
It's too bad the poll let you vote as many times as you wanted by clearing your browsing history.
It would of been nice if it was a fair contest. I'm sure the outcome would of been different.
Sally~ thank you!~ we wondered how they did it. :-/
Sorry you didn't win but in the end you are the winner. You kept your integrity and are an honest gal. We are proud of you.
