I always use the same pattern, originally published in Traditional Quiltworks magazine (yeah, a very long time ago, because that magazine has been out of business for years). Anyway, I had my hot little hands on it just a few days ago and today I can't find it! I've searched and wondered what 'safe' place it is in~ sheesh! Good thing I know it by heart. LOL I'm sure it will turn up, but I hate days like this!!This morning I kept my nose to my machine and finished my new purse. :-) I love this pattern! If you are just dropping by, it is Amy Butler's 'Sweet Harmony'. I can see more in my future. ;-)
The inside has a large zippered pocket and 2 open ones. And did you notice the little cell phone pocket inside the big pocket on the outside? Yup, love it! :-)
I'm off to look for that magazine~ send some luck!
Until next time~
Happy stitchin'!!

Good luck on finding the pattern!!! I hate it when I put things in such safe places.
Love, love, love that great bag!
Hope you find that pattern!
And I love the purse... beautiful fabric!!!
The Sweet Harmony fabric sure made a beautiful purse. I have only ever made one bag. Makes me want to get busy and sew some more.
Love your purse...totally!!
You'll find it. I know you will - it's under that pile of fabric over there!! yeah, to your left, I can see a corner of it peeking out!!
Have a great day sewing up a storm and I like your new purse. I think denim quilts are wounderful!!

I'm catching up on blogs since I haven't been able to with guests staying with us.
I am LOVING this pattern BIG TIME, Sandie. And you've chosen such pretty fabrics for it.
Oh my, I believe I've seen this pattern somewhere but not quite sure just where...BUT - when I see it again, you can rest asured that it'll be in my shopping cart.
Awesome bags you are making there S! Very nice! 8-)
what a lucky girl your daughter is to have a mom like you to make up such cute bags for her!!!
I sure wish my mom would have made these for me! Years before i was born she made all of her's and dad's "square dancing" costumes... but never cute purses like this for me! :P
Love from Texas! ~bonnie
