Ok, I know this really isn't 'ta-da' worthy to most of you, but to me it is a big deal to get my August Schnibble done. :-) This is the last month for our 'Year of Schnibbles' and I've managed to do every one in the month it was chosen, so I didn't want to fall out now. But with painting, running back and forth between houses, college shopping, (taking DS to college this week) and the packers showing up at my door on Friday, I knew my days were numbered. So I've been sewing every spare minute I could find for the past 2 weeks to get 'er done... and whew! I did it! :-)) This is the large version of Plan C from
Carrie's Schnibbles Times Two book. I used Park Avenue by Moda for it. I picked the layer cakes up last month when I was retreating in Portland. :-)
Now it is time to pack up my sewing machine and stuff and take it to it's new home. I don't trust the movers with the majority of my sewing stuff, so we are taking it out ourselves. This will be my new sewing space~ yupper, the painting is finished! :-))
