Have you heard about the Quilt Festival? Amy at Park City Girl has set it up~ and she has loads of links to quilting bloggers~ and lots of wonderful quilts to see! Grab your mug/cup/can and head over for the show! :-)As for me~ I had such a time deciding what to enter! I chose 'Autumn Waves'. It is a recent finish and a favor
ite because my girlfriend who lives about 1800 miles away and I made this quilt together despite being so far apart. We chose the theme of ' autumn' and each of us made 44 pairs of blocks using our stashes and maybe a few additions. ;-) Then we swapped our duplicate blocks. I really enjoyed putting this quilt together because my blog readers chimed in when I showed different layouts, and different fabrics for the
borders, so it was like quilters all over the world helped me to make my quilt! I met so many of y'all through the making of this quilt! It was fun! :-)) ...and I ended up with a great quilt full of memories. :-) Thanks everyone! :-)Until next time~
Happy Stitchin'!
