Sorry I haven't been posting much~ I'm in a slump. :-/ I do have a few finishes to share though~
I got my table runner finished from the BE Mine Blog Tour.
Sherri shared this pattern. If you didn't make it around to see all the great projects in the tour~ there is still time before Valentine's day! :-) I just loved the runner and tree skirt that Kim from
Kim's Big Quilting Adventure presented. I plan to make them too. ;-)
I also finished my Mon Ami for this month. The
pattern is a wall hanging by Carrie Nelson of Miss Rosie's Quilt Co and is the
Le Petite project for January. Well, I made the stars and then just couldn't help myself! :-o I saw placemats! LOL I made 3 inch stars and I still have a few left~ I'm thinking hot pad or mini wall hanging to go with my placemats~? Gosh, I hope they don't kick me out of Le Petite for changing it so much! :-o
What are you working on? I need my mojo back! I did manage to make a couple string blocks for a swap~ but there is so much more I need to do!~ :-/

You may be in a slump but you sure are getting a lot finished. I love the place mats and the table runner. I've been in a slump too but certainly haven't been as productive as you. I think it's coming off the holiday high.

Don't be so hard on yourself! The placemats, table runner and string projects are all beautiful and don't look too slumpy to me.
You've been very productive however I think your 'slump' is simply the lack of something that will make your heart sing. You need a project that's just for fun. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. :-)
For someone who's in a slump, you're getting a heck of a lot done.
It's been interesting this week to find out just how many others are feeling the same way, I thought it was just me!
Slump? Naaaahhh... you just need a "retreat." ;-)

Great job on the table runner... and love the placemats. Just think! You are ahead of the May, June, July holiday decorating! And the strings! Love those, too.
